Service Area (Local Delivery Only)
Phoenix Wall Works (“we,” “us”) offers delivery only within the state of Arizona. Delivery availability depends on your address and our delivery schedule.
Local Delivery (Arizona)
Delivery is available for eligible Arizona addresses.
Delivery fees (if applicable) will be provided before payment or at checkout (if shown).
Delivery dates are estimated and may change due to weather, traffic, product availability, or scheduling constraints.
Someone must be available to receive and inspect the order at delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Pickup (Arizona)
Customers may arrange pickup by appointment at:

Pickup hours: 5am-10pm every day
Pickup is by appointment to ensure your order is staged and ready.
Out-of-State Orders (Freight Forwarder Required)
We do not ship out of state. If you are located outside Arizona, you may still purchase if you:
Arrange your own freight forwarder or carrier to pick up your order in Arizona, and
Coordinate pickup scheduling with Phoenix Wall Works in advance.
Title/Risk of loss transfers when the order is released to your carrier/freight forwarder (see “Damage & Claims” below).
Lead Times & Order Processing
In-stock items typically require scheduling time for staging and delivery/pickup coordination.
Custom orders or special order items may require additional lead time.
We will confirm timing after purchase.
Delivery Method & Access
Delivery typically includes curbside/driveway drop-off unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for ensuring safe access for delivery (gates, parking restrictions, HOA rules, etc.).
If a delivery attempt fails due to access issues or no recipient present, re-delivery fees may apply.
Inspection at Delivery / Pickup
Please inspect your order immediately at delivery or pickup. If there is visible damage to packaging or product, note it immediately and take photos.

All Sales Are Final (No Returns)
Due to the nature of building materials and wood products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds for Manufacturer or Quality Defects
We will offer a refund or replacement (at our discretion) for items that have a verified manufacturer defect or quality defect, subject to the conditions below.
Packaging Rule (Non-Refundable if Opened)
If the plastic packaging on the wood panels has been opened, the product is non-refundable, except where required by law.
How to Request a Defect Refund/Replacement
To request a refund/replacement for a defect:

Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing:
the defect,
the packaging condition, and
the full panel(s) affected.
What Qualifies as a Defect
Examples may include:
manufacturing flaws,
structural issues,
significant damage not caused by handling after delivery/pickup.
Natural wood variation (grain, tone variation, minor color differences) is not considered a defect.
Damaged During Delivery / Pickup
If damage occurs during our local delivery, we will work with you to resolve it if reported within 48 hours. If you use your own freight forwarder/carrier, claims must be handled through your carrier (see Terms).
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/credit card issuer.

Terms & Conditions
1) Agreement to Terms
By purchasing from or using Phoenix Wall Works (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2) Product Information
We strive to display product descriptions and photos accurately. Wood is a natural material; grain and color variation is normal and not a defect. Slight variations between photos and delivered product may occur due to lighting, monitors, and batch differences.
3) Orders & Payment
Orders are not final until payment is received and confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or other issues occur.
4) Local Delivery (Arizona Only)
We deliver only within Arizona and delivery availability depends on location and scheduling. Delivery dates are estimates.
5) Out-of-State Purchases / Freight Forwarder Pickup
We do not ship out of state. Out-of-state customers must arrange their own freight forwarder/carrier to pick up in Arizona in coordination with us.
6) Transfer of Title / Risk of Loss
For local delivery by Phoenix Wall Works, risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the delivery location.
For pickup or third-party carrier/freight forwarder, risk of loss transfers when the order is released to the customer or the customer’s carrier/freight forwarder.
7) Inspection & Claims Window
You must inspect products at delivery/pickup. Any damage, missing items, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours to dannymdalen@gmail.com with photos and the order number.
8) No Returns; Limited Refunds for Defects
All sales are final and no returns are accepted. Refunds or replacements may be provided for verified manufacturer/quality defects under our Returns & Refund Policy.

9) Installation & Use
Installation methods vary by wall type and site conditions. You are responsible for proper installation and compliance with local building codes. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper installation or misuse.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Wall Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.
11) Disputes
If a dispute arises, contact us first to attempt resolution.
